Orientation of Siem Reap Town. Your day one activities are dependent on your arrival time and of course your interests. We will happily discuss all options when you arrive. 5pm Street Food Tour Depart The RiverGarden for Street Food Tour leaving at 5pm - this is a not to be missed culinary experience returning around 7pm. Day 2 Temples of Angkor This is the first day of your three day temple pass. Your personal Temple guide and driver transport you to Angkor Wat.  Explore this incredible monument at your leisure, and gain an insight into the Khmer Empire. We move on to the ancient city of Angkor Thom to see the famous Bayon, Phimeanakas, Royal Palace, Kleangs, Preah Pithu Group, and unlock the secrets of the Terrace of the Leper King and Elephant Terrace.  To complete the "Big Three" must see places our last stop is to Ta Prohm the jungle temple with all those great tree roots growing through it. Your guide will ensure you see all the best well known sights as well as those that many miss. The timing for this day is flexible.  We will discuss with you the best times to miss the crowds, and your guide and driver will work with you to establish a plan that suits your individual interests and needs. These temples are suggestions and we can work with you to choose where to go, and what to see. Return around 5pm for a 1 hour Khmer Style massage per person Day 3 Beyond Angkor - Jungle Temples, sacred rivers and local villages. (*There is no temple guide today - if you wish to include a guide we can book one for a small additional fee.)   6.00am Sunrise at Ta Prohm We head off early to Ta Prohm to beat the crowds. This is a very special temple and the early start makes for a spectacular experience. Enjoy a peaceful start and a Sunrise Breakfast Pack. Visit Banteay Kdei, Banteay Samre, before you head out of Angkor Park to some of the outlying temple of Banteay Srei - the most intricately carved temple in all of Angkor. We then journey on to Kbal Spean and walk through the jungle to the river that is a temple. Carved into the river bed are a number of incredible sights. Your trip out takes you through local villages providing some fantastic photo opportunities. We stop at the Landmine museum on the way back. Day 4 The Great Lake - Tonle Sap After a sleep in and relaxing breakfast you head off for tour of The Great Lake - Tonle Sap.  This ½ day guided tour that gives you an incredible insight into the workings and sheer size of South East Asia's largest natural lake. Journey through local villages, explore the floating village and take a relaxing trip out to the lake. This is an great adventure. Day 5 Transfer to your flight Your options for this day really depend on your departure time from Siem Reap. Siem Reap town offers some great shopping, interesting galleries and plenty of cafes and restaurants. If you have time enjoy a cooking class or maybe just a relax by the pool before departing.
