Enjoy your Breakfast Pack before beginning your adventure trip to the temples "Beyond Angkor" with your temple guide to explore some amazing sights that many tourists never get to see. Your trip takes you through local villages providing some fantastic photo opportunities.

The outlying temple of Banteay Srei is the most intricately carved temple in all of Angkor. Following Banteay Srei we journey on to Kbal Spean to enjoy a walk through the jungle, to the river that is a temple. Carved into the river bed are a number of incredible sights. Your trip out takes you through local villages providing some fantastic photo opportunities. On the trip back we stop at the Butterfly Conservation Project.

Join your partner for cocktails by the pool and relax before dinner for 2 in our restaurant.

Journey through local villages, explore the flooded forest and take a relaxing trip out to the lake. This is an amazing adventure.
Tours to Kompong Phhluk are seasonal and depend on access, we may sometimes change this tour to The Great Lake and the floating villages.

Spend the late afternoon exploring around town or enjoy a swim in our jungle pool. This is a really nice way to unwind.

Day 5

Silk Farm and West Baray
Today we head out to The National Silk Centre on the way we can visit the Pottery revival project, a small independently run project that trains local people the techniques of traditional pottery with styles based around the pottery used a 1000 years ago in the region.
We travel past rice paddies, buffaloes and local villages to the National Silk Centre. Enjoy a really interesting tour of the farm includes breeding of silk worms, silk extraction process and through to see the creation of some amazing pieces.
The centre also exhibits some fantastic old looms as well as traditional Khmer dance costumes. Their restaurant is a great place to unwind with a coffee overlooking the rice paddies.

On the return journey we detour to the West Baray where your driver will organise a boat ride to the temple island. The West Baray is a huge reservoir constructed entirely by hand at about the same time as Angkor Wat to supply the ancient city with irrigation and drinking water.
