Itinerary overview
Day 1
Airport pickup
Transfer to the hotel for check in.
Your day one activities are dependent on your arrival time - so today is relaxed to allow you time to settle in.
Tip: Tourist visas are available on arrival at the airport
6.30pm Restaurant Welcome dinner and cocktails by the pool.
Day 2
Orientation, Artisans d' Angkor and The Silk Farm
After breakfast we meet up for an orientation of Siem Reap township and stop at Artisans d' Angkor for a tour of their craft skills training facilities. We return to the hotel about 12pm for a tour of The Silk Farm and stop off at West Baray for a short boat ride to the temple island before returning to the hotel.
Tip: on our way back we will stop and get our Angkor Park Passes for Day 3 to save us time in the morning.
This evening is at leisure so maybe head out to town and pick up a few souvenirs at the local markets or explore pub street's restaurantsand cafes down its alleys and laneways for some more unusual and interesting
dining experiences.
Day 3
Temples of Angkor
After breakfast our private temple guide and driver transport you to the famous jungle temple Ta Prohm the one with those wonderful tree roots growing through it.
Next we go to Angkor Wat. Explore this incredible monument at your leisure and gain an insight into the Khmer Empire. Our guides are some of the most experienced in Siem Reap, and ensure you get the very best out of your Angkor experience.
Following Angkor Wat our guide takes you on to the ancient city of Angkor Thom to explore the famous Bayon, Phimeanakas, Royal Palace, Kleangs, Preah Pithu Group, and unlock the secrets of the Terrace of the Leper King and Elephant Terrace. Your guide will ensure you see all the best well known sights as well as those that many miss.
Tip: Don't forget your camera and wear sturdy shoes.
On your return enjoy a 1 hour relaxation massage each.

Day 4
Painting Class, Gallery or Studio visit, Cooking class
After breakfast painters meet up for our first painting class with our artist Craig at about 9am - on the lawn under the trees by the pool.
Partners are meet in reception area for a Cooks in Tuk Tuks Cooking class
We all meet up for lunch at the end of the cooking class around 1.30pm and dine Khmer style sampling some of the dishes prepared in the class.
After lunch we have a gallery or studio visit everyone is welcome.
This
evening at leisure.
Day 5
The Stilted Village Kompong Phhluk and Tonle Sap
After a relaxing breakfast you head off for the Stilted Village of Kompong Phhluk. This guided day trip gives you an incredible insight into the ‘real’ Cambodian village life on the Great Lake Tonle Sap. Journey through local villages, explore the flooded forest and take a relaxing trip out to the lake. This is an amazing adventure.
Tours to Kompong Phhluk are seasonal and depend on access, we may sometimes change this tour to The Great Lake and the floating villages.
Tip: Don't forget your camera..
Spend the late afternoon exploring around town or enjoy a swim in our jungle pool. This is a really nice way to unwind.
Day 6
Master Class Painting Demonstration, Gallery or Studio visits
After breakfast painters meet up for a master class painting demonstration with our artist Craig at about 9am - on the lawn under the trees by the pool.
Partners have a free morning.
2 pm We all meet and set off to some unusual and interesting galleries and studios around town. Back to the hotel around 5pm - evening at leisure.
Day 7
Jungle Temples and local villages
We suggest an early start today heading off to Ta Prohm before the masses of crowds arrive. This is a very special temple and the early start makes for a spectacular experience.
Enjoy your Breakfast Pack before beginning your adventure trip to the temples "Beyond Angkor" with your temple guide to explore some amazing sights that many tourists never get to see. Your trip takes you through local villages providing some fantastic photo opportunities.
The outlying temple of Banteay Srei is the most intricately carved temple in all of Angkor. Following Banteay Srei we journey on to Kbal Spean to enjoy a walk through the jungle, to the river that is a temple. Carved into the river bed are a number of incredible sights. Your trip out takes you through local villages providing some fantastic photo opportunities. On the trip back we stop at the Butterfly Conservation Project.
Join your partner for cocktails by the pool and relax before dinner in our restaurant.
Day 8
Painting Class and afternoon to relax
After breakfast painters meet up for a painting class with our artist Craig at about 9am - on the lawn under the trees by the pool.
Partners have a free day to relax, shop or maybe take a tour, today is at your leisure.
Day 9
Painting Class, Art Show and Farewell Dinner
After breakfast painters meet up for our first painting class with our artist Craig at about 9am - on the lawn under the trees by the pool.
Today you finish one or more pieces for our Art Show this evening.
Join your partner for the Art Show for a drink and relax before our Farewell Dinner and cocktails in our restaurant.
Day 10
Transfer to your flight
Your options for this day really depend on your departure time from Siem Reap.
Siem Reap town offers some great shopping and plenty of cafes and restaurants. If you have time you could catch up on some shopping together or maybe just a relax by the pool before departing. Late checkout 1pm
